The Legislate tee is here!

Two years ago, I created an LGBTQ+ Pride design for Nanci’s Naughties, my Second Life t-shirt store. It said, “You Can’t Legislate Us Out of Existence.” The Second Life tees weren’t good enough to sell, but I did make the design available in my real-life t-shirt store. The original version was dated for Pride 2023, and I didn’t get it updated in time for last year. The new Legislate tee is here!

The design is on 38 products in the My Two Lives Spreadshirt shop, including shirts, drinkware, totes, magnets, and buttons. There’s even a teddy bear, but it’s currently out of stock

Why buy my Spreadshirt products?

The Legislate teddy bearSpreadshirt shop products are printed to order and shipped as quickly as possible. There will be several promotions to help you save money as you get ready for Pride month.

The quality of the items is so good that I’ve also given some as gifts. If there’s a problem, the customer service is top-notch. I misordered one of the gifts. I contacted Spreadshirt to see how I could fix my error, they made the item and shipped it out at no charge.

I’m updating my store to put some of my designs on more items. As I do, some of my Nanci’s Naughties designs will become available in the My Two Lives shop. It will take some time, but if you see a design you’d like on a different item, just let me know, and I’ll see what I can do.

I will try and get the updated Legislate design on tees in Second Life, but it will take some time as I still haven’t learned Blender. Since I’ve started wearing the Prima Busty mesh body, I won’t sell any new shirts until I can sell versions for the mesh body I wear.

Check out all of the new Legislate products in the My Two Lives Spreadshirt shop.

There’s a new Pride group on Boston

It was announced in February, but I just got the memo that there’s a new group organizing an LGBTQ+ Pride parade and festivals in Boston.

The old Boston Pride dissolved in 2021 after complaints that it felt LGBTQ+ folks of color weren’t being fairly represented. The new group, Boston Pride For The People, will have its first parade on Saturday, 10 June, and it will be followed by two festivals, one on Boston Common for everyone and a fest at City Hall Plaza for folks 21+.

I loved volunteering with Boston Pride, and I’m looking into volunteering with the new group next weekend. I won’t be posting if I volunteer and where here, but my friends can get hold of me to get the info.

Visit the Boston Pride For The People website to get all the info.
